Humpty Dumpty is a nursery rhyme which may have come from the story of a cannon which was raised to the top of the wall at the battle of Colchester, England. The cannon fell off the wall and webpage the defenders could not put the cannon back on the wall. They had to surrender to the Parlimentary troops.
